| Blue Crab is a newly constructed 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located in the upscale Gulf side subdivision of Seagrass. Seagrass is midway on the peninsula of Cape San Blas near the Trading Post and Scallop Cove convenience stores. The subdivision of Seagrass hosts a community pool, club house and a boardwalk access to the beach. Blue Crab has 3 floors with plenty of space for everyone and a 2 car garage. The first floor has a master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and a kitchenette. The second floor (main level) has a large living room, a kitchen large enough for several cooks with state of the art appliances, a laundry room, a half bath and a bedroom with a queen size bed and private full bath. Just outside the is a deck and screened porch where you can enjoy the view of the Gulf. Upstairs on the 3rd floor is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a private bath. Down the hall is the large master bedroom with a king size bed private bathroom and private deck with views of the Gulf. Outside is a private pool and outside enclosed shower and grill. The beach access is a few houses away. The livingroom and all the bedrooms except the bunk room have satellite TV with a VCR/DVD. We also provide a DSL connection. |
